Delivery method

Digital products are intended to be delivered electronically. Depending on the product, delivery may use an email containing a download link or a link that lets the customer create a copy of a Google Sheets template.

Delivery timing

State the actual expected delivery time after payment confirmation here. Do not promise instant delivery until automated delivery has been implemented and tested.

Missing delivery

If you do not receive the product within the stated timeframe, check your spam or promotions folder and then contact support with your order ID and purchase email address.

Access and compatibility

Customers are responsible for using compatible software and keeping their own copy of downloaded files. Any access limitations must be disclosed on the relevant product page.
